Upcoming Upgrades! - Attract and Hire

Over the last several weeks, you have received emails about our future software upgrade and how it will streamline your payroll. Our last email included information about isolved Adaptive Employee Experience (AEE) that is included as a base offering. 

Today, we are excited to announce an additional feature offering that employers can choose called isolved Attract and Hire.   Attract and Hire is a customizable Applicant Tracking System built to find candidates that best fit your open positions. 

With isolved Attract and Hire, you can:

• Post your open positions to hundreds of job boards (including Indeed and ZipRecruiter) and social media platforms in one click, increasing your geographical search area and increasing your applicant pool. 

• Stay in touch with candidates inside their profiles. Use one-click email templates, pre-screen assessments, and integrated calendars to schedule interviews without all the time and effort of going back and forth through emails and phone calls.

• Cut hiring time by automating admin tasks such as reference checking and pre-hiring assessments, allowing for faster collaboration between team members. 

• Automatically send out offer letters and compliance documents to newly hired candidates while integrating them directly into onboarding for background checks, E-verify, and I-9 eligibility. 

We are excited to continue sharing more about the isolved upgrade with you. Our next email will highlight isolved Learn and Grow as an additional offering that our clients can choose. This feature is a Learning Management System (LMS) that allows you to customize courses to fit your employee’s needs. This feature will save you time and money on developing your talent without having to always send employees off-site for training.
