Upcoming Upgrades!- Streamlining Payroll

A couple of weeks ago, you received an email about our future software upgrade for Columbia EDP. We believe this upgrade will benefit you and your staff in many ways, but first and foremost, it will help streamline your payroll process!

The following features are being offered to all EDP clients, for no additional cost to you:

·          All new hires will be able to enter their information online and complete all required forms using a computer or their cell phone – no more sending in stacks of paperwork!

·         Employees will be able to access their personal data, pay stubs, W-2 forms, paid time off balances, and make changes as necessary if you allow it. Employees have all their information at their fingertips – Enjoy that extra time in your day!

·         isolved payroll allows adjustments for garnishments, benefit elections, workers’ compensation, bonuses, and pension plans be automated right into the payroll.  Submitting payroll is as easy as clicking a button, eliminating messy emails and faxes.

·         You will now have 24/7 access to create and view all kinds of reports – Payroll, Workers Comp, 401k and most important - Your Tax Reports!  You can do this anytime from anywhere, with all your information at your fingertips!

There are a ton of benefits included in the base service offerings, however this upgrade also allows us to offer more additional features as your circumstances require. In our next post we’ll highlights the benefits of integrated time and attendance and how it can reduce errors and help streamline your payroll process!

We are excited to continue sharing more about the isolved upgrades with you. Over the next few weeks, we will be reaching out with more information about the platform to give you a better idea of the exciting opportunities that will be coming your way.
