Upcoming Upgrades! - Adaptive Employee Experience

Over the last several weeks, you have seen blog posts about our future software upgrade and how it will streamline your payroll. Our last post included information about isolved Onboarding that is included as a base offering.

Another base offering feature we are excited to share is the Adaptive Employee Experience.
Formerly known as Employee Self-Service or ESS, the Adaptive Employee Experience (AEE) brings a cleaner, more modern interface for your employees. This feature will play an active role in streamlining your payroll, saving you time and money.

The Adaptive Employee Experience:

·         Enables your employees to see their calendar with access to their schedules, absences, and an hourly summary. Employees can view their current PTO balances and request time off without having to check in to see how much leave they have left.

·         Employees can see their pay history as well as their most recent paystubs, year-to-date totals, payroll deductions, and year-end tax forms. It also allows them to download and print this information, saving you time and effort.

·         Employees can update their personal information, such as address and emergency contacts, as well as their W4’s, direct deposits, and benefit options. All employee information is automatically rolled into payroll, saving time and eliminating errors.

There are many more exciting possibilities to using the AEE than listed here. Through additional isolved offerings, employees could have real-time access to their timecard, the ability to view important company documents such as handbooks and policy changes, elect benefits though open enrollment, and participate in customized training courses- all through their AEE homepage.

We are excited to continue sharing more about the isolved upgrade with you. Our next post will highlight isolved Attract and Hire that will be an additional offering that our clients can choose.
